The exhibition Detachment & Attachment is a collective artistic proposal created by the artists of The CreActive Hub, who are women with diverse nationalities, united by their passion for art, creativity, and human connection.

Through varied techniques, visual languages, structures, and subtle tonalities, seven artists present intimate and multifaceted perspectives on the act of letting go and reconnecting. Participating artists include: Martha Tuminska (Poland), Lama Aldayoub (Syria), Lesia Aikhert (Ukraine), Anindita Bhattacharya (India), Sally Ocaña (Colombia), Özlem Nurve (Turkey), and Yma Gonzales (Peru).

Each artist approaches this theme through personal experiences and distinct cultural contexts, creating a rich visual dialogue that gives the exhibition a life of its own. The works intersect in vulnerability, strength, memory, and renewal.

Although inspired by distinct experiences of change and reinvention, the theme is universal. Detachment and attachment shape every life transition: career shifts, illness, separation, parenthood, aging, or social transformation. The exhibition welcomes both international and Dutch communities, offering a shared reflective space where personal transformation becomes visible, collective, and deeply human.
